Letrozole 7.5mg

Hi everyone! (This is my first post ever as I’m new to glow but need support on this journey!)

My husband and I have been TTC for about 13 months now. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 18yo. I used to have irregular periods but after being put on BC for 4 years, I stopped having natural periods all together. My fertility doctor tried to do letrozole 5mg in Oct. when I went in for my ultrasound to check follicles, my largest follicle was measured at 6mm. Sunday I had a “natural” (aka letrozole induced) period so I’m starting on 7.5mg of letrozole tonight to see if it works!! Anyone have advise?!
