Is it a boy, girl or both?

Heart rate in October was 174 OB says baby was a girl! Heart rate in November was 144 OB says baby is a boy! 
OB says baby weighs 6.2oz but my baby chart says baby should weigh 3.5oz? 🤔
Guess and help me find out, and any advice from you mommy's-this is my second child.

I don’t believe in the heart rate that tells you gender. I’m having a boy and his heart beat has always been over 140. However my girls have always weighted more. So I’m stuck in between

If you go by heart rate it’s usually 140 or higher girl and 140 or lower boy

The heart rate will settle in the 2nd trimester. Our baby's HR was 192 @ 6 and 10 weeks. At 14 weeks, 175. And at 18 or 19 weeks, it was 135.

My baby implanted on the right with left placenta 175 hr at 7+5.  Its a boy. The ramzi/hr thing is not accurate. Dont get your hopes up

My daughter (now 13) always had a heart rate of 153-157, my second child (now 11) was a boy and his heart rate was between 132-135. 
The doctor who delivered me was actually the doctor who delivered my daughter, and he was “Old School”. After hearing her heartbeat he practically spat out it was a girl, he said “I’ve been doing this a long time. I know it’s a girl.”
Our surprise little one (now 4) was always 140-145, we decided not to find out if it was a girl or boy. The heart rate never wavered, and when delivery day came... he was a boy.
We are expecting our newest little in June, we hope to find out this time. First appointment is this Friday, I’ll be 9 weeks and hopefully everything is going well.

I'm having a boy.. and his heart rate has been consistently between 170-172bpm.
so its hard to say. its not based off heart beat .. the gender is determined once the sperm is produced.. there's no real way to tell unless you get bloodwork done to test and see or wait until your ultrasound. every pregnancy and child is different. I've had 5 miscarriages and this is my 6th pregnancy and it's completely different from all the rest. and I was completely adamant that it was a girl at first because of the heartbeat and how the baby was sitting in my uterus... but let me add the ramzi theory isn't true and neither is the old wives tale about the heartbeat.
