Makeup Wipe Irritation?

I've used several different makeup wipes and all of them seem to irritate right under only one of my eyes. Is there anyone else who has this problem? I'm not allergic to anything, but is there a way to make it hurt less?

My skin always gets irritated when I use Neutrogena but I use it anyway bc its the best lol it'll be fine if you aren't allergic just rinse your face with cool water after you clean it

I’m allergic🙋🏻‍♀️ but it’s mainly the nuetrogena ( can’t spell lmaooo) and the cvs brand
