Teething/Nipple pain

My LO is going to be 7m this week and is EBF. He's got two bottom teeth and 2 more on the way. They're starting to hurt when I nurse on my left nipple but my right is fine. I just looked and saw two small white blisters. This never happened with my first and I nursed him for a year. Has anyone experienced this?
