How often do you pump

My baby is 2 months. She eats about every 3 hours hours , so I️ am pumping every 3 hours , (for about 20 min) during the night I️ try and do every 4 hours (20 min aswell sometimes 15 bc I’m so sleepy)

However , when it is time to pump my breast feel like I️ haven’t pumped in 6+ hours ! They get so engorged every single time and I’ve been doing this schedule for almost a month now.

So my question is how often do you pump and how often does your baby eat? What am I️ doing wrong that my breast get so full even though I️ am following “supply and demand” ?

And do your boobs ever freaking regulate !!? Meaning will there ever be a time they don’t feel full but I️ can get milk whenever I️ need it ?
