Pumpkin pie question
Hello! I will try to make my first ever pumpkin pie... I actually have to make two! If I'm not going to use it right away, do I baked and then freeze or do I prebake the crust and then I freeze? Or everything goes raw until I have to used? I have this recipe but I don't really get the last part (with the purple around) I know it's obvious but I don't want to mess up.
