All signs of pregnancy but negative test.

Okay as the topic days. I got of BC on September 7 and started September 23. Then in October I bleed very lightly for 2 days then it stopped. which is not normal for me. I have the sore boobs, spasms in my uterus, my lower back on my left side hurts (that could have something to do with my job) I have taken pregnancy test and they have all came back negative. I can't go to a doctor till December because that's when my insurance kicks in. Any ideas on what I should do? I'm at a loss right now.
