Help for the pain

Ladies I'm 10 weeks with my second baby and somehow I'm getting all the crazy side effects of pregnancy this time. A few weeks ago I got a stye in my eye that was so painful: now that's gone and I got the worst canker sore on my tongue. Any idea how to get of it naturally. I don't like taking medicine in the first trimester but the pain keeps me from being able to eat or sleep.
