Treating a ruptured ovarian cyst at home?

My cyst ruptured today and I don't have insurance and can't really afford a dr right now... i can get some antibiotics and something for pain from my sister but other than that, I'm feeling the throbbing cramplike pain, nausea, dizziness, feverish (hot and sweaty and then freezing) and extremely light headed... can you just sleep this off? I know I need the antibiotics.

You need to see a doctor because you don’t know what kind or dosage of antibiotics you need. I do not suggest taking your sisters pills simply because they are antibiotics. Please go see a medical professional

I had this happen and the ER just gave me pain meds and nothing else. They said I didn’t need antibiotics

Two of my sister had them rupture and they didn't give them anything, not even antibiotics....

From my experience - once the cyst ruptured it was an instant pain of relief. You might be in the process of rupturing. If you have a fever though - something more might be going on. Could it maybe be your appendix?
