Clomid or not?!

I took my first cycle of Clomid. It’s only 3DPO, but my boobs hurt wicked bad, it feels like my milk is coming in. I feel like I’m going to look down and my shirt is going to be drenched in breastmilk. My nipples hurt really really bad too. Could this be a side effect to the Clomid?!
