I need some love please

You guys i go in tomorrow for my dating scan and first OB apt. I will be 9+4. I am so nervous that there’s no baby in there. Why do i feel this way? Ive had no spotting no bleeding sore breast that throb. Vomiting. Nausea and food aversions. Yet i feel doomed. Someone please tell me you can relate and help me ease these nerves. Please!!
