Does anyone else have almost no appetite??,

Just like my first pregnancy in the first trimester I have 0 appetite and I’m barely eating... does anyone have any advice or ‘recipes’ for small, simple things they eat or drink? 
I’m struggling right now!! Thank you!

Struggled with this too! And frustrating for my husband, because he’s the cook in our household & I was barely eating his food. 
What helps for me is to eat something small every 2 hours: a banana, yoghurt, crackers with cheese, an apple,... 
And don’t serve your dinner too hot, the smells can make you have a smaller appetite. My husband also makes a really small meal for me at dinner. But at least I eat something every 2 hours ☺️ good luck 🍀

I’ve been struggling with anything that’s heated up but loving just raw veggies like cucumbers with lemon and bell peppers and apple slices. That is not the norm for me outside of pregnancy, but even my sweet tooth has taken a hiatus! 😕

I’m struggling with not wanting to eat at all, but needing to eat something every 20 minutes or so, otherwise I️ will get very sick. I’m nauseous all the time, but if I️ don’t snack frequently, I’ll start throwing and feeling worse. So even though I don’t want to eat, I️ have to 😫

yep. for me it's just yogurt, apples, bananas or cereal. anything else is just too much.

Same here! I’ve been drinking Fairlife milk, that has more protein—13g for 8oz. The chocolate milk is divine. At least now I know I’m getting some protein for my little one
