Nose gets bigger if it’s a girl?😳

I read that women pregnant with a girl will often have their nose get bigger during pregnancy. Is there any truth to that??? I did have a friend who just had a baby girl and her nose is like a freaking spaghetti squash now, guys.
Please tell me that’s just a coincidence lol...

Mine didn't get HUGE it just got a little wider. It went back to normal size very quickly and I had a girl. Idk why it does that. So weird lol. I'm having another girl again so we shall see if it happens again!
