Every single time I get my period I fall off track with eating and stop my exercising!!!! I'm just not up for it. Is there any tips on how you all stay on track when it's that time of the month? Does anyone feel the same?!! Or is it just me! I'm so frustrated with myself. Lol

Me too! My sugar cravings are REAL. Try drinking tons of water and stocking up on tons of fruits and veggies. I find if i have “bad stuff” while on my period there is no control.

During my period weeks i only do the last 3/4 days of my cycle i have a 7 day cycle . And drink lots of water!
