Ttc 3rd child

Im 22 and now i am trying to have my third child so my children arent too far apart my oldest is 3 and youngest is 2. So I had my daughter on purpose but it didnt take very long maybe 2 months after we decided. We were really lucky because i didn't track my period ovulation or anything and my second i got pregnant 9 months after as a oppsie baby. So now I dont know how long this will be for us to concieve our 3rd baby I am pretty positive I have endometriosis (i have all symptoms and runs in family, just haven't had surgery to make it 100%) so I don't want that to make it to where I cant get pregnant. Any tips to ttc fast or just help give it a boost?
