Please don't be on the phone while driving

I was taking to my sister on the phone on Bluetooth while driving and ran into a ditch. My tire went flat and it really shook up the car. My 11th month old was in her car seat and was screaming. I panicked and called 911. Thank the Lord everything is okay. They said she looked fine. But I feel like shit. The what-ifs keeping going through my mind. I will NEVER use my phone while driving again. Not for directions, not for anything. I'm taking this as a lesson to never take things for granted. I was telling my sister I was about to have a nervous breakdown because of all of things I had to do when I got home and then I was just thankful to get home. I shouldn't have made that call and I will be trying to forgive myself for a while. But I feel like I needed to share this as a warning and advice- don't be on the phone while driving and hug that LO extra tight. And even when it's hard- it's the best thing in the world.
