Bleeding after using a vibrator

So last night my fiancé and I had sex. First he stimulated me with his fingers but only for a few minutes then we used my vibrator(first time using it together) he stuck it in all the way to the larger part of the end AT NO TIME DID IT HURT just a pressure full feeling. My vibrator is longer then he is. Anyways I've never gone that deep with it. I ended up making a mess on the bed which I have never done before. I'm assuming I squirted when I orgasmd but it ended up on the bed instead of going outwards. Anyways there was blood on the vibrator and his fingers had bright red blood on them. He also put his penis inside and when he pulled that out there was bright blood on the tip of his penis. I finished my period the day before and was still having a little brown blood come out before any sex occurred but this was bright red so it must have been fresh. When I wipe there's still blood on the toilet paper , not a lot but it's pink/red and like colors the toilet paper lightly but doesn't saturate. I guess my question is if I'm not feeling any pain or discomfort today should I be worried about anything being wrong or is it just from getting too excited and being to aggressively into it? We had fun and I've never orgasmd like that before but the blood was a bit of a shock that it was sort of scary when we were done. Any advice would be great
