13dpo positive test but cramping

I've been getting very faint positives since 10dpo. Today's is a little bit darker but I cramped nearly all day yesterday and I'm cramping today as well at 13dpo. Period is due tomorrow and I am dreading it. running to the loo constantly to see if I'm bleeding. I've had a mc at 6 to 7 weeks, a healthy baby girl who is now 17 months and a chemical pregnancy a few months ago. I remember having cramps and a bit of bleeding with my daughter but I'm so worried this one won't stick. anyone else?
