Help!

Hi ladies. Id like your opinion on this. I have been regular (if you call 34 day cycle normal) for the past few months due to taking Fertilaid religiously. I made sure I was on top of my pills everyday, despite almost getting chocked every time I drink it. But, I have missed my period..and still waiting for it to come. The last day AF came was September 26. Im not sure when I ovulated, or if I even did. Based on my new cycle since I started on Fertilaid, I was suppose to start my next cycle on Oct.30. Im still waiting. I had very light spotting for 2 days almost 2 week ago. Other than that, jus light cramps on the lower abdominal area. I tested myself 3 days after I was suppose to start, and it came out negative. Im not really feeling anything else anymore. Does anyone know what it could be? Im tired of testing only to hurt myself when it comes out negative.
