What about your sex drive?

Ladies, I hope you don't mind me asking.. but how has being pregnant affected your sex life so far? I must admit that cramps, sore boobs, heavy fatigue and constant nausea have practically killed my sex drive - at least for now. I love being close to my boyfriend and I like kissing and touching him, but my body feels very sensitive and I often feel uncomfortable with being touched. I guess I'm still getting used to the changes in my body? I feel a bit bad about it though, I hope I'm not neglecting him. Luckily, he is very patient and understanding and doesn't push me at all.
