So my husband was told he has 0 sperm (6 dead sperm cells) in his semen. All his blood work, genetic tests and ultrasounds came back normal? Anyone had this experience. What happened next?
I’m totally confused because we got a faint positive in September, I just don’t know how I got a faint positive if he had no sperm!

Sorry you are going through this. I can’t give you much advice but I can tell you my hubby got checked and had VERY low sperm count and we were able to get pregnant once. It ended in miscarriage at 4 weeks. I also wondered how the heck I could get pregnant but it happened.

Try fertliAid, motility boost, and countboost. I️ think it’s around $75 a month for all 3, but it really helped my husband. He has a varicocele, which causes extra heat in the testicles. There’s also 3 stages, and he has a stage 2 on his left side, and a stage 1 starting to form on the right. It’s been a year of trying, but the Dr was pretty impressed at his semen analysis results and thinks we should be able to conceive naturally. Give it a good 3 months to really kick in.
