What could it mean?

I've been getting this dark of positive lines on opk's for several days in a row along with having consistent sore breast normally they hurt for a night an are fine after I wake up but this month they have stayed sore.. Could it possibly mean that this is my month to get my BFP? 🤞🤞🤞
