I've gone baby crazy!!

my SO and I have been trying to conceive for almost 2 years unsuccessfully. I finally got the ok to see a fertility specialist from my endocrinologist in March. I was officially diagnosed with PCOS ( I already knew I had it from my gyno) I had a whole lot of bloodwork and tests done that all came back normal. So we finally got the go-ahead to start clomid during my October cycle. I don't menstrate on my own so I had been on provara to help shed my thick lining. during my last ultrasound I had one good size follicle ready to go. we BDed almost every night since the end of my cycle which was the 30th of October. I had an LH surge on the 7th of November we were bumping the bed all week before and after my spike. now I am officially in my first two week wait and I have gone baby crazy. I know there is a chance it may not happen this round or even the next few but I can't help it!! it feels so real and I'm so close!!! my poor husband is getting the brunt of it!! anyone here with me????
