Clomid question

Hey guys! I just finished my first round of clomid a week or so ago. CD 16 currently. I went in for an u/s Thursday and my doc said I had one follicle and should ovulate over the weekend. I have been using OPKs and have not had even close to a positive yet. Do you think it will still happen this month? TTC for 15 months with two miscarriages over a year ago and I'm getting discouraged. I was diagnosed with PCOS this month and just found out my cousin who has been married for ONE month is already pregnant and it's so frustrating. I feel like I've been trying for so long :(
