Did preseed work even when not ovulating?!

Question

People who have used preseed and it worked for them, were you ovulating when you used it or not?! Just curious! ☺️ About to go by some and wanted to know if I should wait until I’m ovulating to use it or not!!

it does no good to use it if you arent ovulating, unless ovulation is within 4-5 days.   theres no reason to help his swimmers if they have no chance to meet the egg.  i mean, you could use it since its a lube, but it wont help with ttc if you arent at least close to ovulation.
