Clomid testimonials?

I just started Clomid this week, I am 22 and have no kids; my fiancé Is 36 with two kids. We did all the bloodwork, testing, and semen analysis the doc asked for and nothing came back abnormal. So my infertility for the last year is unknown but she's put me on Clomid. What are anyone's experiences on it, side effects, success stories, time frame?

basically you get 6 rounds with clomid, usually most aren't successful with the first cycle so don't stress. you will also have swelling in your ovaries which you will feel but as soon as you ovulate the pain and pressure is gone. if you choose to track your ovulation wait about 3 days after you take your last pill to start testing as the clomid can cause false positives. I tried clomid once and it worked for us, unfortunately that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage but that was due to other reasons. we got pregnant the month before trying clomid again. also if you are not successful call your doctor so they can up your dosage, usually you start at 50mg. good luck.
