Breastfeeding or exclusively pumping same benefits?

Question

Does breastfeeding or exclusively pumping provide the same benefits for baby? Breastfeeding didn't work for us but I am exclusively pumping. Will my little one get the same benefits from pumped breastmilk?

the only difference I know is that when you breastfeed, somehow the babies saliva goes inside the mother and she creates antibodies specific to whatever the baby is fighting currently. I can't promise i wrote that scientifically, but that's the general idea I got from the lactation consultant.

I️ agree with the other comment. The biggest difference between the actually breast & pumped milk. Is when the baby is on your boob if they have a cold or something your body will make antibodies to help fight that cold for the baby. 
That’s what breast milk can vary in colors. Like being white one day then after baby nurses it turn to a yellow tint. 
I️ would say let baby feed 1-3 times and pump the other times of the day. So your baby will still make those antibodies if baby catches something.
