Tubal Ligation at age 21

I don’t ever want children, they cost too much money to have and I just don’t have a maternal feeling ever. I have been told that doctors won’t give me a tubal ligation( tubes tied) because I am too young and “what if you change your mind” it’s is my body and I should be able to do what I want with it but I just wanted to know what you guys think. Do you think doctors should be able to tell you that you can’t get your tubes tied just because you are young and have never had children?
