vaginal itching after oral/sex

had oral and penetrative sex this morning at 5am, it’s now 1pm and my vagina is itching. my parter has a rough beard and wasn’t necessarily going hard during the oral but there was pressure, nothing crazy just normal head. and then we had sex and now i’m itchy. i’m fairly certain it’s just irritated because it’s happened before but just wanted to get some opinions. usually once i shower it stops but as of right now it’s just itchy. i’m thinking it’s just aggravated/irritated.
