I know the top reaction I'm going to get is judgement because of my age, but I need advice or something!

Im 17 and just had my son on September 23rd and only waited 3 weeks to have sex with my fiancé and now I'm feeling off and my nausea is coming back quick. I took a test but couldn't tell if there was a faint line or not. I'm freaking out.. My boy is the best thing that has ever happened to me, but I can't handle another one with their dad working on the oil rig he's gone for two weeks at a time and it's hard as hell..
