Do I have sex now? Help!

Hi! I just got a positive opk and I’m having left side ovulation pain- we had sex last night, but should we do it again tonight, or wait until tomorrow? I know they say sometimes it’s better to wait, especially since my husbands numbers are not fantastic. 
What do you ladies think my game plan should be?? Thanks in advance!!!

My husband had:
Count: 6 mil/ml
Motility: 8%
Morphology: 3%
Have him see a Urologist. They prescribed him Clomid and also discovered a Vericocele. He just had the surgery but apparently we conceived a couple weeks before that and just found out we are 5 weeks, 4 days pregnant! 
He also took a One A Day Vit, Zinc, and Vit C in addition to the daily Clomid. He also stopped smoking, cut back on drinking alcohol, smoking weed and caffeine. 
Dr also recommended we have sex every 3 days in the fertile window and it worked twice for us (I had a MC first time).

I’ve been trying to space it out with MFI. But who knows? I can never figure out what’s best since I have yet to see a BFP. I’ve also been spacing it a bit cause the husband feels too much pressure with the frequency

We were told we have MFI too. Been trying 2.5yrs. Extremely Low count. Went to a urologist and it was discovered he has bilateral varicocele. His identical twin had the same exact issue & he had the surgery last year in Feb. he married his now wife Sept. 23rd 2017 & we just found out 11/11 they are pregnant! All of their blood test came back good. We are waiting on my husbands surgery in the new year...However...We believe God will bless us BEFORE the surgery. 
I just have a strong belief that we will conceive before the surgery. My sis-n-law dreamed she was pregnant the week before she found out. She dreamed a few days afterwards that me and my hubs conceived.
My husband dreamed night before last that the Holy Spirit told him his sperm count was 244M...I dreamed last night that I gave birth to a daughter. So...By Faith, we prayed and then were intimate. God’s will is for us to have babies.
I pray to give you all good news in a few weeks! But no matter what...Stay encouraged.
