can one get pregnant from pre-cum? the past month, me and my boyfriend have had unprotected sex about four times for a couple minutes but finish off 70% of the sex with a condom. therefore, only the first few minutes are raw. he pulls out even with a condom on. i am sure no real semen has gotten inside me. I am a month late on my period, however i am usually irregular and my last period was a about month late. i took plan b in January and in June so it could be that messing up my cycle? *** but i also spotted for two days about 2 weeks ago. feedback anyone?

ADDITION: I took a pregnancy test and I got a negative. I used first response 6 days early results. Is there any possibility these results can be a false negative? Should I take another test? and when? what could the spotting have been?
