I am 19 & I am trying to see which one is the most common & which one is the best for me.

My first was the xulane patch and then I switched to paragard cuz the hormones were worsening my depression and anxiety. Been on paragard for a year now and love it and I’m not even on any of my meds (just therapy), and my depression and panics have decreased so much!! Definitely recommend! It’s also great because it’s the only 100% natural and hormone free option, so it doesn’t cause weird side effects like weight gain or mood swings like hormonal birth control can cause. My periods are still super irregular though and I get spotting, so it’s kinda a trade off. I don’t really care as long as I’m emotionally stable🤷‍♀️
