Hi ladies, long story short my partner and I have been ttc for just over a year now with no luck 😔 We are doing AI at home with donor sperm. I’ve read a few times that people have used ‘cups’ to keep all that liquid gold in. Has anyone on here had any experience using them for AI?? If so, could you give me some advice on what ‘cups’ to use and how/when to use them please! Before or after? Have sex, Insert the sperm then put the cup in or before?! Please help!
