I am a Realtor selling residential real estate - there are many pros (flexible schedule, great pay, being with my son 90% of the time), but there are also cons (even sending a few emails during the day can prove impossible, time is very limited prospecting for new business). Any way you dice it being a working mom is challenging, but for me it is super important to have a purpose outside of just being a mom. 🏡
