CM and ovulation-early preg?

ive been getting a

lot of CM - i got a positive opk today and glow says im going to ovulate tomorrow...is this a good sign or? i dont normally get as much as i have this month.

nope it wasnt for me. i am currently 14weeks now and my earliest symptom was being emotional and crying for no reason x
