Which birth control should I use?

I’m 18 years old and have never been on birth control, my mom is a very strict catholic. I’m not trying to have kids. I think it’s time I get on birth control but I can’t decide which kind. Any recommendations? Please tell me why you think which is best!!!!

I don’t really want my mom to find out I’m sexually active either, so I take the pill purely for that reason. It’s the only (female) birth control I can get through my college. In my case it was the most accessible. 
I also haven’t had any bad or very noticeable side effects with the pill. The brand I take is called Lessina.

I had a similar issue so I got the implant. It’s worked for me and I’ve had one period in six months, and may not get it for another four years.

Pill, because you can stop it at any time on your own if you change your mind or feel it’s not working right for you.
