Feeling so weak
The more weight my daughter gains, the harder it's becoming to carry her. I wear a back brace which helps a little. My arms and body severely aches at the end of the day. Especially if I have to run errands with her carrying her car seat to the car and what not. This is very hard for me (and I was in good shape pre-pregnancy--low weights and cardio). How do you moms do it?
