[urgent] Just a mole or melanoma?!

I am 16 & i have had this mole since i was a small child and never really paid much attention to it since i thought it was just a mole. but as grew up i believe it has rose a little..i started getting light headed and very weak within those moments of getting light headed.. like i could fall over. But i just thought maybe I'm standing up too fast or tired?but now I'm older and it hasn't stopped and now i am feeling tired, headaches, sometimes numb hands and feet, lightheaded, pain in bones often when i wake up, and trembling. the picture is not really gross in my opinion but i don't want to make someone see it if they hate things like scabs.. not to mention my right arm is feeling numb like pain or very heavy and hurting.
