16 yrs Old, Vagina changes color, Is it Normal?

i've noticed that my labia minora change its color. Im getting my period in 5 days. Its freaking me out is it normal? Im just 16 years old i dont know much about female reproductive changes. please help me

Sometimes the edges of the labia can be darker than the rest, resulting in a brown almost purple colour. Unless you're experiencing pain, (stinging burning itching etc), weird discharge or an unpleasant smell I doubt it's anything to worry about!

I mean as long as you don’t have any abnormal colors or fee pain you should be alright.
