Does this sound like labor contractions??!

I woke up maybe 30-40 minutes ago from the most painful cramping in my LOWER abdominal area, I honestly wanted to cry. I fell asleep and was woken back up from I️t again, very painful, I stood up, I had to wait to walk, its like tightening and then it’ll stop for a little bit. I’m exactly 40 weeks today! I don’t know if this is I️t or not 
I feel like I have to poop I️t won’t come out!
This is so painful
