how's everyone feeling symptom wise?

I'm 7 weeks on Friday and feeling very little symptom wise. Have first scan on Friday, hoping it will put my mind at ease

Definitely feeling nauseas but not actually throwing up. It's horrible. nothing seems to help. 😑 With my first it wasn't as bad, more during the evening than all day.
