light bleeding

so I started bleeding Monday and it is Wednesday. if It is my period it is a week early (my period is never early due to my Hypothyroidism. it is usually on time or two or three days late) but this is so light. It doesn't seem like a period because it is light and the cramping is basically non-existent. I mean I barely filled up tampon on day 2 and on day 2 of my period I have to change tampons. same on day 3 of my period but basically just a little bit today. anyone know any other reason this could be happening???

either way pray for me.... I think I am getting sick. ugh!!!!
