Hi I’m a ftm and had an emergency c section in October. Doctor gave the clear to start working out again. I’ve been walking already, but I was wondering if I should start strength training again. Should I start body weight exercises or should I start with minimal weight? Also when did you ladies start running after your c section? TIA

Don't force yourself. 2 months later All I did was take a walk. Little weights. ask your doctor what he thinks it right for you
