Constipation early pregnancy sign?

Hi guys, so I’m about 1 dpo right now and having bad constipation. I haven’t gone in 3 days and I never have a problem with this. Nothing has changed in my diet/lifestyle I eat very healthy food and exercise every day.
Did any of you ladies experience this as a very early preg symptom a few days before your missed period?? 
I know that constipation can be from PMS but I’ve never had it and mine is bad (lol sorry to be TMI)

1dpo you won't have any syptoms the syptoms you may feel at 1dpo may be due to ovulating 😉

I agree. U wouldnt feel anything now. Try eating more fiber and drinking water. U dont wanna get too backed up 😂 maybe try something OtC to help
