Pregnant! After M/C in February... do anything special?

Just found out I'm pregnant (4w2d)... thrilled because I miscarried my first pregnancy in February but also a nervous wreck. My doctor won't see me until November 28 so I need some answers and reassurance in the meantime.

Should I stop working out? I work out three days a week, sometimes 4, doing cardio, strength training/lifting, and some core stuff. Is there any chance my gym workouts caused my miscarriage the first time?

I need to ween off caffeine. I usually have a 20 ounce in the morning and I need to dial that back but it will be hard :(

Is there anything else I should be doing to reduce the risk of miscarrying again?
