First time clomid!

Ttc 12 months. Starting clomid for the first time tomorrow. 50 mg day 5-9. Unexplained infertility. I ovulate regularly every month, normal cycles, negative HSG, normal blood work for both me and hubby, normal sperm analysis. Any tips, suggestions, advice would be great!!
