I believe most transvaginal ultrasounds are as pictured. So if you had a transvaginal ultrasound and your baby is actually on the left as in your picture, then itsa boy. Boy is on the left and girl is on the right.

In my experience most images are flipped, so I think maybe girl? but I'm no expert lol. That's a really good and clear Ultrasound! Congrats! We're you able to see heartbeat? (some ppl have said the saw it early on) I had mine done today as well, 7 weeks 1 day, but definitely not as clear as yours
