Birth control
Ive been wanting to ask my mom about getting birth control but im not sure how or when.My sister uses birth control but my mom doesnt know and my sister told me it helps with cramps, the flow and to regulate if.I get really bad cramps to the point where i throw up and cant even walk and i havent found anything that helps& ive been wanting to try it for a while now,any advice?
