PMS!!!!!!!
I’m so grateful for this app because everyone on here is so kind. I asked this on various other forums and was only given stupid reasons by humans without female reproductive organs, or told that my question is stupid. I’m even more pissed now.
So my pms is mostly emotional and I only have about one week every 1-2 months when I actually feel okay. I feel sad, anxious, and really really angry and irritable. It’s so bad.
My question is: why is it so bad, especially for people with depression/anxiety? Is mine normal, do I need to see a doctor? How can I feel better, or at least know when to expect it and how to prepare?
